is Iraq ranked 46th globally among the world's largest economies, and
it is hoped that it will maintain this level during the next five years.
According to Seaworld magazine,
Iraq ranked 46th globally out of 196 countries, in the index of the world's largest economies according to gross domestic product adjusted for purchasing power parity.
The gross domestic product (GDP) equivalent to Iraq's purchasing power in 2025 reached more than $655 billion, rising in 2026, as expected, to $694 billion, then to $744 billion in 2027.
Egypt came first in the Arab world and 17th globally, followed by Saudi Arabia, then the Emirates, Algeria, and then Iraq , fifth among countries the Arab.
