Najaf, 8 December / December (Rn) - Iraqi officials are seeking to overcome the obstacles that face the celebration of special projects in Najaf, the capital of Islamic culture next year.

Iraqi authorities say the Najaf province is ready to receive the official delegations Mahtefih the way, starting from March / March.

And is expected to come to Najaf, officials and dignitaries from the Arab and Islamic countries for the post by the way, which will be launched next year.

And heard a ministerial committee had high Thursday was set up by the Council of Ministers to follow up the disadvantages suffered by projects, capital of Islamic culture through the overlapping jurisdictions.

The Committee was composed by her Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussein al-Shahristani, Minister of Culture and Minister Saadoun al-Dulaimi, the municipalities and the agent just Mhodr oldest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammed al-Haj Hammoud.

Shahristani said at a news conference in Najaf, "We came to follow up and listen to the problems and how to cooperate to resolve obstacles to the success of the project ... Najaf, the capital of Islamic culture."

"We reviewed the overall project as there are now 166 projects carried out major reconstruction of a campaign. All are working as one team to complete this project. All landmarks should reflect on the guests of the province over the next year."

Having noted that the Ministerial Committee will continue to work to create the city as the capital of Islamic culture among the al-Shahristani said the committee will be chaired by the Governor of Najaf and members of the rank of director general of the Ministry of Municipalities and the various ministries and departments concerned to follow up on other conservation projects.

He also said "with regard to sewage, streets and major projects such as the cultural city that will be the conference center, hotels, libraries, schools, religious and all the heritage features of civilization will continue to accurately and be completed by the enterprise before the date of start of activities in the middle of March next."

Shahristani said that the problems facing the project is solvable. "We need to be exceptions (powers) of the Council of Ministers and some instructions as well as the need to follow-field at border crossing points to facilitate the entry of some materials and equipment."

For his part, denied the Culture Minister Saadoun al-Dulaimi, that there will be constraints is solvable. "The government will put its best potential for success of the project."
