" He Mayahi that "a large part of the readiness of our armed forces will depend on the speed of adoption of this budget," adding that "the adoption of the budget for Bwazzartin in this circumstance will contribute to accelerate the completion of processing of military and logistical support to the Armed Forces , through the purchase of weapons and machinery and equipment to detect explosives and other. " and the intense debate between the political blocs on the readiness of Iraqi security forces, and whether the situation in Iraq requires U.S. forces to or part of it, at least for the purposes of training and support. The head of the House of Representatives Osama Najafi said , in (22 September 2011), that the Parliament is absent from the negotiations between the Iraqi government and the U.S. side about the survival of its troops in the country and the readiness of Iraqi forces, noting that waiting for a message from the government on how and where did those negotiations. and renewed the Iraqi Interior Ministry, in the (21 November 2011), reaffirmed their readiness to grab the security file after it confirmed in the (July 17, 2011), that the report confirms its ability to take over after the American withdrawal end of the year, and the commander of the armed forces, Nouri al-Maliki briefed on these reports as the Minister of the Interior acting and has ongoing meetings with their leaders, as pointed out no need for the presence of U.S. forces, but may need to exercise only. The U.S. President Barack Obama said, in the (21 October 2011), that his country's troops in Iraqi territory would be in the United States during the holidays , while stressing that Washington will support Iraq in all areas, with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, a teleconference with him, the need to begin a new phase of strategic relations after the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq on schedule end of the year 2011. Under the security pact signed between Baghdad and Washington in the end of November 2008 that it should withdraw all U.S. forces from all territory and waters and airspace of Iraq no later than 31 December of the current year 2011, has withdrawn combat troops from towns and villages and towns in Iraq June 30, 2009.
