The Minister of Planning, Dr. Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi, on Sunday held an extensive meeting with the international community in the presence of a number of Ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic missions of the donor countries and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq and Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq UNAMI) and Marta Ruids, humanitarian coordinator for international organizations in Iraq.
Dr. Nouri al-Dulaimi praised the support of the international community for Iraq at the military and humanitarian levels, and the efforts to support the reconstruction and reconstruction efforts of the liberated areas, especially all the provinces, and hoped for further support to achieve the goals of sustainable development.

Stressing the importance of supporting the ministry's strategic efforts to unify all international and national efforts in order to achieve a qualitative leap in various sectors of service and development, and provide the necessary support for the resumption of all vital projects stalled, referring to the actions taken by the Ministry to implement the general census of the population during the next year, Which could contribute to the international community to achieve, stressing that this census will be specialized in development issues and provide services to the children of all provinces.
For their part, the representatives of the international community praised the vision of the ministry and its strategic plans, stressing their country's readiness to provide possible support for Iraq and enable it to achieve recovery and reconstruction
