Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Saturday it was awaiting the outcome of talks between the Governments of the region and the Centre on the oil agreement because it represents a key detail in the discussion of the draft 2016 budget law.
The committee member said Masood Haider told / information /, that "the discussion of the draft 2016 budget law depends mainly to the outcome of the results of the talks between the Governments of the region and the Centre on the oil agreement."
He added that "the agreement between the federal government and the province will make it easier for the Commission to determine the distribution of funds more accurately."
Haider said, "The delegation which is currently visiting Baghdad had nothing to do in the talks, but represents the two main parties and he arrived to offer condolence the death of the late Chairman of the Finance Committee MP Ahmad Chalabi.
