Baghdad-Iraq-Presse, April -1 /: Iraqi parliament speaker Salim al-affirmed its readiness to overcome difficulties and facilitate the functions of the United Nations in Iraq, noting that political reform will in a short time and to better resolve the security file.

He welcomed al-Jubouri, according to the statement, "the role played by the United Nations in Iraq," stressing "his willingness to overcome the difficulties and to facilitate the tasks of the United Nations in Iraq."
He added that "political reform based on clear legislation will contribute to resolving the security file shortly and better."
