Zebari discuss with banks and managers to develop the banking system and support for private banks

BAGHDAD / Source News / .. Search Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari with government banks managers ways to develop the banking system and support for private banks.
According to a ministry statement received / Source News / copy of it, Zebari said a meeting today at the headquarters of the ministry with the banks, Rafidain and Rasheed managers and the Iraqi Trade Bank and accept the conditions of contract with the government banks and services to citizens.
The two sides also reviewed the "importance of the development and modernization of the banking system and ways to support private banks and activate its role .anthy / b

This type of ongoing growth and partnership between the gov't banks and private banks is really good to see. Just earlier this week we saw where banks are accepting all forms of remittances and this refers to modernizing the systems. This ongoing push for strengthening and enhancing the banking infrastructure is all in preparation for the economic growth Iraq is going to see.
