Prime Minister will discuss cooperation in the military and security fields and to provide support and arming of Iraqi forces

announced Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Monday, that the latter will start the middle of next month for an official visit to Washington to meet with US President Barack Obama, noting that al-Abadi will discuss cooperation in the military and security fields and to provide support and arming of Iraqi forces in the fight against al "Daash" .
Ebadi said office, the latter "starts the middle of next month, an official visit to the United States take several days, during which he will meet US President Barack Obama and a number of administration officials to discuss the development of relations between the two countries in various fields, as well as joint efforts to counter terrorism."
The office added that "the Prime Minister will discuss cooperation in the military and security fields and to provide support and arming of Iraqi forces in the fight against Daash, and to discuss the progress of Iraqi forces in light of the citizens and the sons of the tribes with the Iraqi army and popular crowd, which includes volunteers from the various components of Iraqi society cooperation ".
The office said in a statement that it "will review the successes achieved in Iraq and the Iraqi government's efforts in the areas of political, economic and security reform, and discussed the situation in the region," noting that "the entourage includes all of the ministers of defense, oil and Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a number of officials and advisers."
A spokesman for the Information Office of the Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi announced in March 19, 2015, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will visit Washington around the middle of next month at the invitation of his US President Barack Obama, noting that al-Abadi will discuss during the visit to strengthen military support which the United States provided for Iraq .
