Fayad said in a statement (newspaper integrity) that "the adoption of the oil and gas law can develop Iraq's capabilities to serve the requirements of economic stability in the light of falling oil prices and the possibility of approving the budget for 2015 in light of the great challenges facing Iraq."
"We can not establish a Council of federal power management without the base oil law," noting that "the constitutional article you need to lawmaker law shows the mechanism of action in a minute, so I figured opinions opposite between the various executive bodies in the oil provinces and between the federal government on the other hand."
He added that the "equitable distribution of wealth, particularly oil is not only through the adoption of the oil and gas law in addition to the creation of a special fund for oil revenues according to a special system to ensure justice among citizens in various provinces."
As announced to the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, on their quest to establish a federal board to approve the oil through the oil and gas law, as pointed out the importance of oil and gas law in the next stage to end the differences between the center and the Kurdistan region regarding oil.
He called a number of officials and economists, earlier, the government to the need to adopt a new economic vision, and stressed the importance of adopting a new mechanism for the management of the country's economy through the use of research, experts and leave the old mechanisms, as they stressed the need to focus on the oil sectors which represent the backbone of the financial state .
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives is planning a package of important laws such as oil and gas, which would ease the lot of the relationship between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the problems Alathadah.
