Hussein al-Shihristani expect Iraqi budget session in parliament without Kurdish participation

Hussein al-Shihristani, the deputy premier of Iraq, is expecting parliament session endorsement without the participations of the lawmakers from Kurdistan region of Iraq.
He stated, "Due to the latest developments in the political process and after conducting the first reading for the Budget law with the suspension of the Kurds a Motahidoun, the sides of the Iraqi National Alliance and some side of the Iraqiya Slate assured that they will endorse the Budget law with the political majority."
Regarding the disputes between Kurdistan Region and Baghdad over the oil, he assured that "The disputes are not settled yet were we assuring the oil exportation must be through SOMO Company."
