She said the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, on Wednesday, that there are positive signs for the implementation of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.

He added that "there are positive signs for an end to this problem, but they need the efforts by the federal and provincial governments."
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, said a press statement "if Baghdad was willing to pay the salaries we are ready to address the problems, including the oil file."
