Shammari: Baghdad allocations budget in 2016 almost non-existent

MP for the National Coalition Kadhim al-Shammari, Sunday, Baghdad governorate allocations, districts and areas in its 2016 budget as "semi-bad." In a statement, al-Shammari, said that "what happened during the last rainy Seoul and followed incidents in the capital and districts, counties affiliate, gave a clear indication of poor services experienced by those regions, which represent the political and cultural face of the country."
