{Baghdad: Euphrates News} announced specialized integrity issues in Najaf Criminal Court for the completion of investigations into suspicions of corruption, which affected the Rafidain Bank branch Muslim bin Aqeel, and while confirming referral of eight defendants from the court of inquiry, reported that the judgments issued against some of them, including assistant bank manager .
The head of the court, Judge Khudair al-Badri said in a statement the judiciary received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today, "court of inquiry Integrity completed the investigation into suspicions of corruption, which affected the Rafidain Bank branch Muslim bin Aqeel."
He continued Badri, that "the preliminary estimates of the extent of corruption exceeded one billion dinars, "pointing to" the arrest of employees, including a bank manager and his assistant.
"He emphasized that" these defendants has all refer them to the criminal court, "pointing to" the presence of the accused two other fugitives have been issued against them arrest warrants and prevent travel and book their movable and immovable property to force them to surrender.
"He pointed Badri, that" the Criminal Court issued decisions against some of the defendants, including assistant bank manager imprisonment for a term of two years, "noting that" the rest will be tried in turn.
