The Ministry of Youth and Sports, a joint memorandum of understanding with the UN Organization of the United Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the headquarters of the ministry in the presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Abdul-Hussein Abtan and a representative of the international organization in Iraq, Peter Hawkins and Assistant Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Rahman Issa Hassan, in addition to the staff Advanced to the Ministry of Youth and Sports. For his part, the representative of UNICEF in Iraq Hawkins pleased with the signing of the memorandum that allows the international organization dealing directly with the Iraqi government sponsors of the field of childhood in Iraq and actors, including contributing to the provision of services for displaced children as a result of terrorism and aspects multiple including health and in priority the elimination of cholera and the other relating to education and sport, pointing out that the new agreement will provide a real opportunity to deal with the 200 youth center along the map of Iraq and access to millions of children and minors need of care to be provided by the organization in cooperation with the Iraqi government.
