The President of the Parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, on Monday, an open letter to the Kurdish leaders and the people of Kurdistan, and between that region is witnessing an unfortunate case of difference which weakens the ability of the political leadership, called for a sit down to table the internal dialogue and away from the media spotlight by the crisis.
