These rates were just published in an Iraqi paper:

USD: 0.9 Euro: 0.8 Pounds: 0.6  Lebanese Pounds: 1302.8  KD: 0.3  SR: 3.2  AED: 3.2  JD: 0.6

Here are the same rates paired with the USD:

OUR RATES FOR THOSE COUNTRIES....
USD/AED :  3.67
USD/KWD  3.1
USD/LBP : 1503
USD/SAR : 3.7
USD/JOD : .708

The rate for the dollar has been at either .8 or .9 for a while now, but the other rates have always been based on 1166'ish rates.

Don't know what is going on....but it looks interesting???
